Fold changes in normalized number of attached cells cultured on different types of PDMS micropillar substrates, with respect to the cells cultured on the corresponding control PDMS substrates after 3-day cell culture. The normalized numbers of attached cells were marginally and significantly higher for 14-h micropillar substrates, compared to 18-h (*p = 0.05) and 22-h (#p < 0.05) micropillar substrates (n = 4), respectively. The normalized numbers of attached cells were significantly lower for 22-h micropillar substrates, compared to 30-h (#p < 0.05) micropillar substrates (n = 4)
