SIMS mass images of the cell signals (A-C) and strontium signals (D-F) of osteoblast-like cells. Cells were cultured in osteogenic differentiation medium on A10 and on the control groups CPC cement and silicon wafer (Si 21d). Cells cultured on the cements were relocated on a silicon wafer afterwards (A10 r, CPC r). For each mass signal of the different samples the same intensity scale was used.
